All of the classes listed are open to the public on a drop-in basis. So just show up! Most of our classes are appropriate for just about anyone. You don't need to be flexible or be able to quiet the mind. You simply need the desire to show up and do your best.
Beginners are always welcome!                          

$25 for 7 days of UNLIMITED classes for NEW students
